Ongoing investment and development in automated equipment including heat welding machinery and specialised sewing machines ensures consistent quality within a production facility capable of producing 10,000 filter bags per week.

Andrew Webron Limited offer a filter bag analysis service in an extensive, newly equipped laboratory from where we provide detailed technical reports for our customers.

Quality assurance is stringent and supported by our ISO 9001 certification. Our fabrication department works from a comprehensive library of bag drawings, supported by a state of the art CAD system. Filter bags are inspected at regular intervals, and, where appropriate, are tested for the correct seal in a specified cell plate as well as for the correct fit on a filter cage, ensuring accuracy at all times. These tests are consistent within our production of every single order.
