Andrew Webron Limited has developed and grown its business over the recent years, and in line with our business plan, sales have increased threefold. The core business for Andrew Webron Limited remains filtration via media in roll goods and filter bag sales.

Developments in technical textiles has seen growth in laundry, business machine parts, aviation, automotive, medical and other needle punch non woven opportunities.

The board of Andrew Webron Limited recognise the global developments in filtration and the requirement to be efficient and committed to the demands of the worldwide filtration market.

Whilst remaining committed to our UK customer base, Andrew Webron Limited has pursued a strategy of increasing our percentage of export sales from 40% a few years ago to over 70% currently.

Andrew Webron Limited export to 58 countries on a regular basis covering 4 continents, and will continue to invest in sales activity across current and emerging markets.

Manufacturing

Andrew Webron Limited has invested in modern high speed manufacturing lines whilst retaining the flexibility from older lines.

Advantages include:

  • Fast response times to large volume enquiries
  • Product consistency through large batch manufacturing on computer aided machinery
  • Flexibility on smaller lines, allowing anti-static versions of most fibre types and multiple fibre blend to meet smaller volume requirements
  • In line chemical and mechanical treatments which include a comprehensive range of surface and embedded fluorocarbon based treat5ments

Further investment will bring an additional high speed line to our UK manufacturing plant.

Andrew Webron Limited is a leading European manufacturer of filtration media and associated technical textiles. Two manufacturing sites bring a combination of high speed manufacturing capability delivering consistent quality at competitive prices allied to smaller manufacturing lines that allow the manufacture of special qualities in smaller quantities.

Recent investments in plant and equipment ensure Andrew Webron Limited offer quality, quantity and competitive prices on all fibre types from polyester through to PTFE. Further investments include a fourth high speed line, adding capacity for an additional 50,000 linear metres per week.
